Kriya Yoga is a simple, scientific method of meditation that is based on breath control. 
Practicing kriya yoga brings more calmness, peace, and joy to your life.  Its aim is Self Realization.
Kriya Yoga is not a religion.  People of all faiths are welcome to learn kriya yoga and apply it in their everyday lives.

You must be initiated into kriya yoga in order to learn the techniques.  This allows for an undiluted transmission of the teachings from teacher to student.
